• 2 Packages of small Angel food cakes
• Fresh Strawberries
• 2 Mangoes
• 5 Tablespoons Lime Juice
• 2 Teaspoons Honey
• 1 pinch of salt
1. Puree the mangoes until smooth.
2. Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add lime juice and honey.
3. Stir together salt.
4. Heat until slightly thickening and remove from heat. Let cool a little and then place in the fridge to chill.
5. Slice the strawberries and then serve with sauce.
