The plan was to get in 9 maybe 10 miles today but my body had other plans. My entire lower half is in tremendous pain right now. I am very frustrated because all this pain is setting me back but I still plan on running the Marine Corps Historic Half next month. Well, I should go stretch some more because I will go back out again tomorrow.
