Below is a picture of what it looks like…I still can’t get my little diva to drink any smoothies, she used to love them but I guess she is going through a phase of some kind.
So here is how my smoothie cleanse works, I drink a smoothie for breakfast and lunch. I snack on fruits and veggies throughout the day. I also drink a lot of water to help flush my system out. For dinner I usually eat steamed veggies and protein (fish, chicken or some type of beans). I sometimes cook quinoa as well because it is such a versatile grain that it can be used in so many ways.
Today’s smoothie recipe is:
1/2 cup of spinach
1/4 cup blueberries
1/8 cup blackberries
1/4 cup cranberries
1 cup ginger water ( I made this myself and it helps if you are bloated.)
